We are out to completely redefine the way business is done. To demonstrate a model for business that produces exceptional results financially, operationally (including integrity of operations, productivity and quality of work life) and impact on the quality of life, both internally and externally.
This definition captures us pretty succinctly - A group does not necessarily constitute a team. Teams normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize their strengths and minimize their weaknesses. Oh - and mostly we really like each other and try to have as much fun as possible!
We have 4 screening criteria - We want to do something exceptional - and if you do not authentically want these things our coaching is not going to make a difference. In order to work with us you have to REALLY want these 4 things:
Definition: the output of a nonlinear system is not directly proportional to the input. You don't just want minor improvements you want something well beyond your current reality.
We don’t just mean your product or service. To have breakthrough results you have to have breakthrough ideas. We want to force you to rethink even the things you are good at. Redesign it, create services that didn’t exist before.
We are a bit selfish about this one as this is our access to making a difference in the world. We want to build businesses that have people looking at them and saying “holy shit we need to be doing what they are doing”. You have to want to be that demonstration.
Simple - if you don’t want to have a good time in your business and while working with us its a deal breaker!
